 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Usually 4-7 Business days after placing the order, if not sooner. Around the holidays, shipment processing may take longer due to the influx of orders. 
 
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information. 

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
Via USPS First Class mail in a padded envelope.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. If upon arrival there is a manufacturing error, contact us immediately with photos. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your package. 
We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail, and will not offer replacements or refunds for items lost or damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged package, or if your item(s) are lost in the mail, please contact your local Post Office to file a claim.
